Policy

We all know life in New York can be unpredictable, from late trains to late nights. However, out of respect for the stylist and for wait-listed clients, we honor a firm cancellation policy, with no exceptions. When we reserve a block of time especially for you, we are turning away other guests to keep the slot secured.

Please reschedule or cancel
more than 2 full days
before the date of your appointment.

If canceling or rescheduling 2 days before your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of your service.

If canceling or rescheduling the day before your appointment, a  fee of 50% of the service will apply.

Cancellations or reschedules on the day of are subject to a fee of 100% of the cost of your service.


These percentages apply uniformly, regardless of the total cost of the services booked.


For example, if your appointment is on the 10th, please cancel or reschedule on the 7th to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellation on the 8th would incur a 25% fee, cancellation on the 9th would incur a 50% fee, and cancellation on the 10th would incur a 100% charge.

When booking an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation fees should you need to cancel or reschedule within 2 days of your appointment, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes but is not limited to any situation pertaining to Covid.

Cancellation fees will be automatically applied by our booking system. Should your card on file be expired, an invoice will be sent to you. If the invoice goes unpaid, the amount would be applied to the total of your next service.

Guests who cancel or reschedule two times consecutively will be required to provide (non-refundable) prepayment prior to their next appointment date, in order to continue receiving our services.

Depending on the length of your service, late guests running more than 10-15 minutes behind may have to be rescheduled to avoid inconveniencing other clients, and a 50% fee will apply.
