Cancellation Policy

We all know life in New York can be unpredictable, from late trains to late nights. However, out of respect for the stylist and for wait-listed clients, we honor a firm 48 hour cancellation policy. Please understand, when we reserve a block of time especially for you, we are turning away other guests to keep the slot secured.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of your service. Within 24 hours of your appointment time, a  fee of 50% of the service will apply. No show / no call will be subject to a fee of 100% of the cost of your service. Guests who cancel or reschedule two times consecutively will be required to provide (non-refundable) prepayment prior to their next appointment date, in order to continue receiving our services. Depending on the length of your service, late guests running more than 10-15 minutes behind may have to be rescheduled to avoid inconveniencing other clients, and a 50% fee will apply. We will always do our best to run on time for your scheduled reservations, and we thank you so much for respecting our time!
